Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of Lantern Light Camps, where he spearheaded enrollment growth and forged new partnerships with youth-serving organizations.<\/p>\n
Through his career, Jason held senior leadership roles at The Aloha Foundation in Vermont, including Chief Operating\u00a0Officer and Director\u00a0of\u00a0the Hulbert Outdoor Center, where he led program expansion and major fundraising efforts. Jason is a mission-driven leader who brings a deep commitment to community building, strong operational insight, and a passion for creating spaces where young people and staff can thrive.<\/p>\n
