She began working for the AYF in 2016, bringing 20 years of professional experience in social work and community justice. Along with her background in human services, she brought extensive database and management experience to her role. As a member of the AYF advancement team, Molly has become a leader in fundraising, youth advocacy, and alumni community building. She believes in seeing, embracing, and drawing close our young people and raising strong leaders for tomorrow.
