Kim Novotny was first introduced to the American Youth Foundation when her husband became the Facilities Manager at Merrowvista in early 2000s . She worked in the kitchen on and off for more than a decade before taking on her current role as Food Service Manager in 2016. Kim works with local farms to source ingredients for delicious healthy meals. She loves finding creative ways to introduce kids to new, exciting foods they haven\u2019t tried before and takes pride in her staff and work at Merrowvista.<\/p>\n
Kim\u2019s three sons attended Merrowvista as children. Her daughter and eldest son worked with her for a short time in the kitchen, and her granddaughter attended several years as a daycamper.
